Best Christmas Films?
I don't doubt that this topic is done most years but anyway any good suggestions?

I watched a Christmas Story today from 1983 that I hadn't seen before, thought it was ok but not great. I've seen all the regular ones like Scrooge, 34th Street, Bad Santa, Home Alone, Die Hard, Trading Places, Jingle all the way, Lampoon's, Gremlins, It's a wonderful life, polar express, the grinch, elf, love actually..

Any that I've missed that are any good?

Dancer

I was always under the impression It's A Wonderful Life was long and didn't fancy it either.

Watched it over christmas and at 2 hours it isn't long at all and is actually a very, very good movie. Better than nearly all the other rubbish christmas movies out there.

Bit late now I know but can be watched any time not just christmas.

Re: Best Christmas Films?
I was never bothered about Christmas films but either 3 or 4 Christmas's back for some unknown reason I started to get into them. I have watched everyone in the OP except for Gremlins that I'll be watching soon. Also not seen it's a wonderful life as it's long and don't really fancy it.

Anyone seen a A nightmare before Christmas?

Thanks mate. That's it.

I think I must have dismissed it in the past because I didn't remember any of the music.

Certainly is a lot more surreal than I remembered. Completely did not remember the oiled-up demons bringing in the chain, for instance.

How about "Jada Fire Is SquirtWoman 3" ?

I know they say remakes never match up to the originals but this'll bury that notion for good.
